Love running, but can’t quite manage a full marathon? We have three places in the Big Half – the London half marathon on Sunday 4 September 2022, covering 13.1 miles starting at Tower Bridge and finishing at the Cutty Sark. Once selected, we require at £50 non-refundable fee to cover entry, and ask you to raise as much as you can. Take part in a fun day out, seeing some fabulous London landmarks, and help us rescue more animals

Become a member

When you become a member of the RSPCA you can choose, at no extra cost, for your membership details to be passed to your local RSPCA branch (which is a separately registered charity).  A proportion of your membership fee is donated to us, and we will contact you with updates about our work and activities in your local area and how you may be able to help us. Your application / membership of the branch is governed by the branch rules.

Individual membership

For £24 for one year, or £750 for life, you can become a member of the RSPCA (and your local branch) and receive:
•animal life magazine
•the right to vote at our AGM and a copy of the annual review
•a membership badge and car sticker

Or Joint Membership - £36 for one year, or £1000 for life, you and your partner can become joint members of the RSPCA. Joint membership is open to any two people who are both aged 18 or over and who live together at the same address as partners. Each person in a joint membership has the right to cancel their membership individually and at any time.

Joint members will normally receive only one copy of animal life and the Annual Review sent to their joint address. However you can ask to receive separate copies of these documents.
