Coronavirus Update 25-03-20

DUE TO THE UK GOVERNMENT CORONAVIRUS RESTRICTIONS OUR REHOMING FACILITY, HILLINGDON CLINIC AND ALL CHARITY SHOPS ARE NOW CLOSED TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

This means that we cannot accept animals (including wildlife) from the public, and are looking after animals currently in our care and new animals brought in via our animal rescue teams.

From 25th March no animals can be sent out on adoption or fostering.

If you are an existing Hillingdon Clinic client and your pet has an urgent medical issue, please call 01895 270926 or 0300 1234 999 (24 hours). Please do not come to the Clinic as the premises will be closed.

If you have animal welfare concerns, please call our national cruelty line for advice: 0300 1234 999.

If you have a badly injured stray or wild animal please call your local vet for advice. Please do not attend a vet practice without calling it first.

If you have general concerns relating to ways in which COVID-19 may affect the care of your pets, there is some useful guidance available at rspca.org.uk/coronavirus.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept shop donations at this time. Please do not leave any goods outside the closed shops but we would be very grateful if you could save them for us, they’ll be vital to us as and when we are able to reopen.

Our dedicated but depleted animal welfare team are committed to the care of the animals who must remain with us during this time of crisis, in addition to supporting RSPCA inspectors who continue to respond to emergencies.

This is an incredibly difficult time for us all and we appreciate your ongoing support.
