Attention all Bookworms - HELP GIVEN BY SAFESTORE, STEVENAGE

As part of our fundraising activities we sell quality second-hand books at Hitchin market on a Friday (weather permitting) but, thanks to the generosity of donators and a spell of wet weather that has scuppered us going to the market, we have run out of space at our storage facility.

Whilst Safestore, Stevenage have donated 35 sq ft of space for us to use due to our storage issues, we are also offering full crates (supermarket veggie boxes) of books to anyone that can make good use of them.

The topics we have a particularly large quantity of are CHILDREN'S, 'CHIC LIT', FICTION and AUTO/BIOGRAPHIES.

There is no charge but, being a Charity, we would welcome a donation.

We have loads and loads of books, so if there
is a particular topic that interests you please get in touch and we will see if we can help.

We also offer a book search service. If there is a particular book or author that you are searching for, let us know and we will look out for it for you. It is all part of our service.

By arrangement the crates can be collected from Welwyn (Oaklands), Stevenage, Hitchin or Biggleswade. If you are interested in taking several crates, we can deliver if it is local.

For initial enquiries please contact Vicky at our office on 01462 672278 / 07500 967145 or email info@rspcahertseast.org.uk and Vicky will pass on your details to one of our team.
