Donations and Fundraising
The Hertforsdhire East Branch of the RSPCA (Charity Number 208244) are a separately registered Branch of the National RSPCA and as such are responsible for raising funds locally. The Herts East Branch heavily relies on the support of donations from the public to fund its work.
This Branch helps to support the National Society who maintains uniformed Inspectors to help prevent animal cruelty. It also assists local pet owners by helping with veterinary expenses, and to re-home cats, which often entails boarding them until suitable owners can be found. Remember, if you give direct to the RSPCA Herts Each Branch, the money helps local animals.
We are also looking for donations of clothing, bric a brac, CDs, DVDs, books and small items of furniture to sell in our shop at 19 Churchyard, Hitchin, Hertfordshire. If you are unable to bring donations to the shop, we can collect (locally). Just contact the office or pop into the shop to ask for a collection.
Alternatively you can donate to us via http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/ or https://www.giveasyoulive.com/join/royal-society-for-the-prevention-of-cruelty-to-animals-hertfordshire-east-branch/EC5372 just register that you want your donation to come to our Branch and a percentage of whatever you buy will come to the Hertfordshire East Branch. Please see the News Page for further information.

Or you can recycle jewellery, stamps, ink cartridges or foreign coins to raise money for our branch. Please see our News Page for further information.
