DONATE - RSPCA Essex Havering & Harold Hill Branch
Here at the RSPCA Essex Havering & Harold Hill Branch we are a small and independent charity, relying solely on public donations to carry out the vital work that we do. All of the money raised through fundraising events, community events, general donations and legacies left in wills helps animals within our branch area that haven't had the best life. We provide all the necessary veterinary treatment for our animals, a healthy diet, a safe place for them to stay and as well as any enrichment and toys they may need.
Every donation that comes into the RSPCA Essex Havering & Harold Hill Branch really does matter.

£10 could pay for a distressed cat’s bedding and a safe place to sleep.
£30 could pay for a cat to be neutered.
£70 could pay for food and a kennel for one dog for a week.

How to leave a gift in your will
Firstly, we'd like to say thank you for considering leaving a gift to us in your will. Both the team and the animals in our care are eternally grateful for your generosity. We understand that it can be complicated when deciding to make this decision, so here are some basic guidelines that maybe able to help you:
1. State in your will that you would like to leave a gift to us
We always suggest seeking the advice of a solicitor or professional will writer/will writing service to ensure that your will is both legal and valid.
2. Include our full name and charity number
This will ensure the donation will come to the right place: RSPCA Essex, Havering & Harold Hill Branch, registered charity number 2240507.
3. If you have made a donation in your will to us
Thank you - your donation is greatly appreciated. Please get in touch with us if you wish so we can thank you personally.
How to make a will or amend an existing will
We always recommend that you seek professional advise from a legal advisor or solicitor when making this decision. It could be useful to make a list of your assets and a list of the people, causes or charities that you wish to leave something to. A legal advisor will then go through all of your assets with you, recording how you wish them to be split.
How do I word my will?
It is very important to us the correct wording in your will to ensure that your donation goes to the right place. We advise that you use the below wording so any donation will come to the branch:
