VACANCIES

Trustee(s) - Have you ever thought about giving up some of your time to be a Trustee of a Charity?

Do you have business skills that could add value to a charity?

As a Trustee of a Branch, you will have the chance to influence how we care for and prevent cruelty to animals as well as using your life and business skills to support the running and development of a charity Branch.

It’s a great way to meet like-minded people who share your enthusiasm for animal welfare. You will have the opportunity to gain new skills and develop existing ones, whilst making a real difference to the lives of animals.

Most people aged 18+ are eligible to become a trustee and you will need to be/become a member of the RSPCA.  This is a voluntary position.

In common with all RSPCA Branches, Essex Mid & North Branch is committed to preventing cruelty and promoting kindness to animals.  The Branch is governed by a voluntary Board of Trustees who through a Branch Manager, are responsible for retail units in Colchester , Chelmsford, Maldon and Frinton and two increasingly busy Animal Clinics in Colchester and Great Baddow which provide veterinary and animal welfare services to low income pet owners.

The Branch has recently gone through many positive changes and we are now looking for more Trustees to join us and continue the development of the Branch.   In particular we would love to hear from you if you have business skills in Retail, Veterinary Practice, Finance, Marketing, PR, Fundraising or Company Secretary.

Send your CV to our Branch Manager anna.drake@rspca-northessex.org.uk or call 0300 323 0403 (Option 5).
