Mara is a very chatty and friendly cat who is just waiting for her new human friends to find her and give her a lasting home after coming into RSPCA care due to concerns over welfare. She is a lovely girl who can be slightly nervous when she first meets you however very quickly finds her feet and will come over to meet you. She loves nothing more than being fussed and always wants to be the centre of attention so we think she would be better suited to a single cat household with somebody who is at home for most of the day. Mara is looking for a second chance in a quieter home with older children and a patient owner who will be happy to give her some support where needed and plenty of love whilst she settles into her new home at her own pace. We think Mara really will make a loving, lifelong companion.

My personality

  • I'd prefer to be the only cat in a home
  • I'll probably spend more time inside
  • I could live with children of secondary school age
  • I love company and would like you to be around a good part of the day
  • I would prefer not to live with a dog
