FREDDIE

Freddie was brought into the centre after spending some time as a stray.  He was thin and suffering from fur loss which we think was due to over grooming. His fur is growing back slowly so just need to be monitored in his new home. On arrival he was quite timid however he soon settled down and started to relax and socialise more with the staff. He is now super friendly and always eager to say hi as he will come running over to you as soon as you approach his pen. Freddie isn’t impressed with being held or restrained when he sees the vet however still loves nothing more than fuss, food and tasty treats but it does have to be on his terms! Although he enjoys being stroked, he is a typical cat who sometimes if a bit grumpy, will let you know he has had enough. Freddie adores his food and sometimes can be a little to boisterous when being fed and doesn’t have any boundaries however this behaviour is improving! He would prefer to be the only pet in the household so he can have all the fuss and attention he wants. Freddie is looking for a home without children and an owner who is patient and confident with cats before.

  • I love company and would like you to be around a good part of the day
  • I would prefer not to live with a dog
