Bath Cats & Dogs Home
The Avenue, Claverton Down, Bath BA2 7AZ
Our reception is open for enquiries from 9am to 5pm every day. Visitors cannot walk around the catteries and kennels to see the animals, instead registered adopters are invited by appointment to meet their suitable matches. We can arrange visits for those interested in supporting us.
We service throughout Bath, Somerset and Wiltshire and accept all dogs and cats in need - lost, abused, sick, injured and unwanted animals are brought in to us by the public, dog wardens and RSPCA inspectors.
How to adopt
Start your application form online (or call for a paper version if you prefer). Our Rehoming team will match you to your perfect pet, and of course discuss any of the cats and dogs you may have seen on our website. Visitors cannot walk around the catteries and kennels, instead registered adopters are invited by appointment to meet their suitable matches.

We would love to meet you if you are looking to volunteer! Our volunteer rolesare available to view on our website.
