Have you ever wondered if you could do a triathlon?
Have you ever thought about challenging yourself to complete a triathlon but thought it might be too difficult?
Are you ready for a triathlon but don’t have the time?
By signing up to the Your Triathlon you can create your own challenge event and raise money for animals with every stroke, pedal and step of the way.
We're giving you the opportunity to build your own challenge. Register for Your Triathlon and you'll receive access to our fundraising pack filled with hints and tips to help you reach your minimum target of £150. We'll also provide you with a guide to training and some useful nutritional information.
You can choose your distance from one of these three:
- Super sprint distance: 400m (swim), 10km (bike), 2.5km (run)
- Sprint distance: 750m (swim), 20km (bike), 5km (run)
- Standard (Olympic) distance: 1500m (swim), 40km (bike), 10km (run)
You can choose how long you take to complete it within 30 days
It doesn’t matter if you’re new to swimming, cycling or running. You can do a little at a time on different days or do the whole lot in one go. It really is up to you!
You can choose where you do each activity
You can swim your lengths in your local pool or if you enjoy the great outdoors and open swimming that will all count towards your total. You can follow your usual cycling route or clock up those kilometres on a static bike. You can build up your miles around the park or on the running machine at the gym - it’s your decision and you will be helping animals in need of rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming.
