TJ

TJ is a mature female cat who craves the love and attention you could possibly give her. Whilst not being overly keen on being picked up she is extremely happy being stroked and groomed on her own terms. She is like all of us in that she enjoys company and attention but she also settles in her own bed and naps for a good amount of time. At 12 years of age TJ's new owners will qualify for the Elderly Animal Rehoming Scheme (EARS) which provides great support and benefits for residents in the Halifax, Huddersfield and Bradford areas. TJ is currently in a foster home with a lady who has allowed TJ time to settle and get used to her new set up. Please contact the animal centre for more information on 01422 365 628.

Why I'm special

TJ is our longest stay cat and has been in our care since February. We would love for TJ to find her forever home in time for a new start to the new year. TJ is staying in one of our foster homes, if you would like to meet TJ please contact us at the centre to arrange.

My personality

  • I'd prefer to be the only cat in a home
  • I need to be able to go outside and explore
  • I'd prefer an adult only household
  • I'm a Golden oldie
  • I would prefer not to live with a dog
