SYBIL

Add to my favourites

Remove from my favourites

Sybil is a stunning young cat who has a sweet and loving nature.

Poor Sybil has been past from pillar to post and this has caused her to be a bit shy around strangers. Her new owners would need to be patient with her until a bond is formed and Sybil will trust them. Once she has come over her initial shyness, Sybil is a loving cat who love to be stroked.

Even more than strokes Sybil loves being groomed. Showing her the brush is a real icebreaker and she will purr quietly while being groomed.

She also started to play with her toys in the cattery and we are sure that once feeling relaxed in her new home she will start being a playful little cat.

Sybil is looking for an adult only home without any other pets. A quiet home where she can settle in slowly and take her time to trust her new owners.

Sybil is a wonderful cat who sadly hasn’t found her perfect owner yet.

If you are looking for a cat with whom you can create a special bond, please come and visit Sybil.

As the cattery in Horsham is currently full, Sybil is being boarded at Becks Boarding Cattery on Hayling Island (between Chichester and Portsmouth).

To arrange a home visit or to find out more about the rehoming process, please contact the Sussex North Branch directly on 01403 267204.

Why I'm special

Sybil is only three years old but sadly hasn't had much luck in her life and has been past from family to family. This has left her being a bit shy around strangers and we now need to make sure that her next home will be her 'forever home'.
Sybil is a very sweet cat and loves to be groomed. She would make a wonderful friend to someone who is prepared to give her plenty of time to settle in and even more time to trust them.
She deserves to finally find someone who will love her and won't give up on her. Can this be you?

My personality

  • I'd prefer to be the only cat in a home
  • I need to be able to go outside and explore
  • I'd prefer an adult only household
  • I'm a shy guy; I'll need time to settle
  • I would prefer not to live with a dog

Help feed animals in our care

Dog eating out of a dog bowl © RSPCA

It costs on average £8.52 to feed a single animal in our care for just one week!

We rehome thousands of animals every year. Whilst some are lucky enough to find a new home in just a few weeks, many more stay with us for months until we're able to find them their perfect family.

Will you help us cover the costs of feeding dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more with a donation today?

*The funds collected will be used wherever the need is greatest.
