ROBBIE

Robbie is a 3 year old Staffie who came into care after being discovered by RSPCA Inspectors living in a state of neglect. He was suffering from a skin condition called mange and this had been left untreated. He has since made a full recovery and is desperately looking for a new home. He has been in care for 1 year and 3 months and we cannot understand why he keeps getting over looked. He really is a lovely boy with lots of love and fun inside him.  He loves the company of humans but wouldn't be suitable to rehome with another dog as he isn't particularly keen on them. He would also be unable to interact with other dogs on walks. He is very soppy though and loves a good fuss. He would suit an active household.

To find out more about Robbie or to meet him, please call Ruskington Kennels on 01526 833977

Why I'm special

I have been in care for over a year now and the staff and volunteers really can't work out why as I am a lovely boy. I would love an active home. I would make a great jogging buddy or walking companion!

My personality

  • I know how to sit (and lots of other commands too!)
  • I'd prefer an adult only household
  • I can be left alone for short periods
  • I'd prefer to be the only dog in a home
  • I may be able to live with a friendly cat
  • I'm a bright spark
  • I love fuss and attention
