Monty the playful boy.
This little man has been through a lot and is looking for somewhere to settle and enjoy playing with his toys and having the attention he loves and deserves.
Monty was living with a single person who sadly had to let Monty be rehomed due to the owners health needs. As Monty had just been used to the owner he struggled in the cattery and his true personality did not show through. However since he has been in a foster home he has blossomed in to a loving boy who loves to sit next to you on on your knee for a cuddle. In fact the foster placement has said they have never had such a loving cat!
Monty loves his play tunnel and other toys and will gladly join in playtime or play on his own.
Due to his back ground we feel a quieter home would be good for him so he can connect with his new owners and build a loyal bond.
He would be ok re homed on his own or he is intrested in other cats and shows his inquisitve nature when around them.

Could you offer a forever home to this lovely playful boy?
Monty is neutered, vaccinated including leukemia and has been flea and worm treated. A home support visit is necessary and the adoption fee is £60.

Why I'm special

If you want a cat that will be great company then Monty is the boy for you.
He is full of fun playing with his toys but then when he's finished play time he will come over to you for a love.
Monty has been through a lot but he is still wanting human company and to sit on your knee to watch TV.

My personality

  • I'd prefer to be the only cat in a home
  • I need to be able to go outside and explore
  • I'd prefer an adult only household
  • I love company and would like you to be around a good part of the day
  • I would prefer not to live with a dog

Help feed animals in our care

Dog eating out of a dog bowl © RSPCA

It costs on average £8.52 to feed a single animal in our care for just one week!

We rehome thousands of animals every year. Whilst some are lucky enough to find a new home in just a few weeks, many more stay with us for months until we're able to find them their perfect family.

Will you help us cover the costs of feeding dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more with a donation today?

*The funds collected will be used wherever the need is greatest.
