MITZI

Once Mitzi gets to know you she is such a sweet natured girl who adores human company. She will require and experienced owner who can further her training. Given time to settle into a new home, Mitzi will make a lovely dog who someone will be very lucky to own.

Why I'm special

Itsy-bitsy Mitzi…

Mitzi is a 6-year-old Staffy and even by the astronomically high Staffy standards - she is such a fantastic little fusspot. She is a perfect example of all those traits that have made Staffies one of the most popular breeds going; their sheer love of people, their child-like playfulness, their remarkable intelligence, their eye-catching good looks, even their occasional laziness - Mitzi is the whole package!

But Mitzi can’t be defined purely by her breed, she is a Mitzi first and foremost! The way she stands on her hind legs, with her forelegs propped up against your knee, her small pointed ears folded against her head, and her glorious auburn eyes staring affectionately into yours as you scratch her ginger cheek, it is these moments that make Mitzi so very uniquely Mitzi.

Mitzi is a quiet quiet pooch, who likes to be with people as much as she can, she walks well on lead and is good with her basic commands, as well as enjoying play time and toys when she gets the chance. There are so many great things to say about Mitzi that this post is merely scratching the surface. She is, however, a little uncomfortable around other dogs and would thus be best placed as an only dog.

One of our long-term residents, Mitzi has grown accustomed to the fact that her world at present is very limited in scope - comprising her kennel, her outdoor run, and the field and exercise areas around which she is walked. There’s more to the world than that. There has to be. She just needs someone to show it to her, to allow her to see the vast delights that are out there waiting. Can you be that someone?
