Why I'm special

A cat’s tail - Mila

Lovely Mila has been in our care now for 6 months. She is 11 years young and arrived just before Christmas last year after her owner sadly died.

After 4 months of being in our cattery with no interest, we decided to move her into foster care where she has been for the last 2 months. Her foster family reports that she loves to play and enjoys their company. She can be sensitive and if overstimulated by too much fuss, she may give a little swipe.

As with most divas, Mila is very sensitive about her age ¿¿ However she need not worry as she is fit and healthy. She had a dental done in February so even her teeth are looking their best!

Mila is long haired and has a beautiful coat that will require daily grooming to keep her looking glamorous! She would be best suited to a family with no children or older sensible children. Mila would also prefer not to live with any other cats or dogs.

As one of our senior kittizens, Mila's adoption fee is £50.
If you would like to meet Mila, please complete our application form here:

Help feed animals in our care

Dog eating out of a dog bowl © RSPCA

It costs on average £8.52 to feed a single animal in our care for just one week!

We rehome thousands of animals every year. Whilst some are lucky enough to find a new home in just a few weeks, many more stay with us for months until we're able to find them their perfect family.

Will you help us cover the costs of feeding dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more with a donation today?

*The funds collected will be used wherever the need is greatest.
