Marley came into us from an inspector as she was abandoned. She is a very intelligent girl who can be initially shy when first meeting someone. Due to her breed we would look for someone with previous experience of this breed or similar. As she is quite nervous and will require patience and understanding in her new home we would recommend her as the only animal in the household. She can live with children from 15+ due to her nervous side. She is a high energy dog so an active household would be perfect for her. Please give this lovely girl a chance.

My personality

  • I know how to sit (and lots of other commands too!)
  • I could live with children of secondary school age
  • I need teaching that it's ok to be alone
  • I'd prefer to be the only dog in a home
  • I may be able to live with a friendly cat
  • I'm a bright spark
  • I love food and treats

Help feed animals in our care

Dog eating out of a dog bowl © RSPCA

It costs on average £8.52 to feed a single animal in our care for just one week!

We rehome thousands of animals every year. Whilst some are lucky enough to find a new home in just a few weeks, many more stay with us for months until we're able to find them their perfect family.

Will you help us cover the costs of feeding dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more with a donation today?

*The funds collected will be used wherever the need is greatest.
