LOLA

Lola was originally found skinny and hungry by a concerned passerby who managed to confine her to a room and call the RSPCA for help. She has now been at Southridge looking for a home for 1 year and We really dont know why. She is a very bright and playful girl who has plenty of character - She can be a bit of a diva but she is also very affectionate and loving. When she knows you, she runs to greet you but she will need a patient and understanding owner who will thoroughly spoil her and allow her the space and time to gain her trust. If you can offer this wonderful cat a home then please speak to a member of staff.

Why I'm special

LETTER FROM LOLA Hello, My name is Lola and I'm about 3 years old and I have been here FOREVER. I had to fend for myself on the streets for a really long time before someone found me and brought me to the Rspca. I was in a bit of a state when I first arrived but that is because I did not have a home. Now as you can tell by my photo, I am back to my beautiful self. I came to the Centre in January 2018 and I'm STILL here! No one really asks about me. I don't know why ? I have been really good here. My carers say I am playful and very very BRIGHT. I do love attention and really want to be your friend but I don't trust easily . I did not meet very nice people when I was on the streets but here at Southridge, the people are really friendly. They let me chase the toy mice . I know they are not real but I do it to please them . They go all smiley and giggily when I chase them but if I get too excited, they also get a little worried as I can get very boisterous. Please don't give up on me . GIVE ME A CHANCE.

My personality

  • I'd prefer to be the only cat in a home
  • I need to be able to go outside and explore
  • I'd prefer an adult only household
  • I'm independent; I like to do my own thing!
  • I may be able to live with a friendly dog
