HONEYBEE

Honeybee is a sweet and very loving cat who we've been told had a feisty side in her previous home. She has (gently) bitten her foster carer occasionally so she needs a confident owner but she's generally a very cuddly and affectionate cat who makes a wonderful companion.

She loves to sit on a lap purring of an evening and sleeps in a bed just outside the bedroom door and miaows good morning once she hears the alarm! She is on a strict diet which must be maintained and since being in her foster home and losing some weight she's become much more active and agile and likes to play with string toys and feather sticks.

Unfortunately Honeybee has some skin problems we haven't been able to solve - she has hair loss and periodically gets red spots on her tummy, thought to be some sort of allergy but tests have been inconclusive. She may need vet trips every couple of months for a steroid injection to keep this under control.

Honeybee would suit a quiet home as an only cat where she will get lots of attention. She has been used to going outside and would like a garden to enjoy once she's settled in.

** Please email rehoming@rspcawimbledonandsutton.org.uk for an application form and see our website for further adoption information or to offer Honeybee a permanent foster home **
