Flea is 1 of 3 hamsters transferred into our care from the RSPCA on the Isle of Wight. He is now about 16 months old and in desperate need of a forever loving home.

Please be aware a lot of large hamster cages will not be suitable as these hamster are so small the can slip through the bars on a lot of hamster cages. They also find it difficult to climb vertically so large flat cages are better than tall ones.

These hamsters are extremely fast and lively which can make them difficult to handle, therefore making them an unsuitable pet for young children.

The life expectancy of a dwarf hamster is approximately 3 years.

Help feed animals in our care

It costs on average £8.52 to feed a single animal in our care for just one week!

We rehome thousands of animals every year. Whilst some are lucky enough to find a new home in just a few weeks, many more stay with us for months until we're able to find them their perfect family.

Will you help us cover the costs of feeding dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more with a donation today?

*The funds collected will be used wherever the need is greatest.
