Meet Buzz, a 4 year old crossbreed searching for a loving forever home. Buzz loves his walks, and would love to explore some new quiet places with his family, he especially loves walking in our woods and will whiz around – hes a big puppy at heart! Although he takes his time to get to know people, once he falls for you he enjoys lots of cuddles and fuss. Buzz will be looking for a quiet home without too many visitors coming and going. In a quieter home Buzz could potentially live with sensible teenagers pending good introductions here at the Shelter. Although he enjoys meeting calm dogs on walks, he would prefer to be the only dog in the home so he can have all the attention to himself. He would not be able to share a home with a cat. Buzz cannot wait to get back to some home comforts, so if you think you can give Buzz his happy ever after, please get in touch.

If  you are interested in Buzz, please ring 07748 629202 to speak to one of the dog team during our opening hours. During busy periods the phone may only be on between 2pm and 4pm, so please bear with us and try again.

Help feed animals in our care

Dog eating out of a dog bowl © RSPCA

It costs on average £8.52 to feed a single animal in our care for just one week!

We rehome thousands of animals every year. Whilst some are lucky enough to find a new home in just a few weeks, many more stay with us for months until we're able to find them their perfect family.

Will you help us cover the costs of feeding dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more with a donation today?

*The funds collected will be used wherever the need is greatest.
