BRIAN

Brian came into our care through no fault of his own.

Sadly he has not had a good life so far, he came in with yellow staining on most of his body where he has been lying in his own urine and he was also very thin.  Brian just loves people but can be a bit “barky” with other dogs and does pull on the lead.

We would not rehome him with young children simply because now he is beginning to put weight back on he will soon be a large breed dog who could easily knock little ones over.

Why I'm special

Brian is a very loving dog who was neglected in his previous life and we think he now deserves to be adopted into a loving family home where he will be appreciated for his loving nature.  If you love big soppy dogs, Brian could be just the boy for you.

My personality

  • You'll need to take me to training classes
  • I could live with children of secondary school age
  • I can be left alone for short periods
  • I'd prefer to be the only dog in a home
  • I'd prefer not to live with a cat
  • I'm a gentle giant (big and strong)
  • I love fuss and attention
