BONNIE

This gorgeous girl is Bonnie, approximately 2 1/2 year old American Bulldog, who came to us when her owner was no longer able to care for her. Bonnie walks well on her lead (but can be strong due to her size), she can sit and give a paw, but she would benefit from an experienced owner who was willing to carry on her ongoing training as she is eager to learn. Bonnie gets on well with many dogs around the kennels and may be able to live with another friendly, calm and confident dog following a successful introduction. We feel she would be best living in a home with no cats or small animals, but she may be able to live with older teenage children who were experienced around large breed dogs. Bonnie loves food and treats, and enjoys playing with her favourite rope toy! She is a great girl, very happy to greet you, but equally happy to have a snooze once she has had a walk and play. Bonnie came into our care with an injured toe and has since had to have an operation to remove it, but is recovering well. Bonnie will make a wonderful companion in the right home. If you would like further information about her, please contact our Rehoming Coordinator on 07973 952575 or email adoptions@RSPCA-newcastle.org.uk
