2 yrs 9 months DOB 27/12/14 Arrived 2nd October 2017 Private boarding Kennels Cheshire

So Biki is a dinky BC, sweet in nature is an understatement, she has the most affectionate side to her, however Biki is also bananas! BUT this makes Biki unique… she LOVES footballs with a passion!  She is high energy and pulls so we use a harness which works really well-she thinks she’s a husky really! She is very obedient, knows various commands and simply wants to please! She does have a really soft side, at night she loves to cuddle up on the sofa and sleep in her bed soundly-she would not suit being confined. She will need an experienced rescue dog owner BC’s due to her obvious BC traits. Her original owner kept her away from dogs (as he was "worried she’d have puppies") so she is not well socialised, mixed reactions to dogs.  She does seem to be highly stimulated by sounds including the TV and does react but has improved.  She is hyper alert, for this reason Biki would need a quiet child and pet free home in a quiet rural setting. Biki is fully vaccinated, micro chipped and spayed.

Now about her history: She originally came into our care in September 2016. Sadly her elderly owner went into care. We believe she's led a sheltered life and spent much of her time in the garden.  She was rehomed but came back after a few weeks as her and the cat weren’t getting on, she has been brought up with cats but would like a pet free home as a result of the failed adoption.  She was then adopted again but has been returned 11 months on. Will it be third time lucky for Biki? We hope so! We can’t be more honest than that…we know the right person/s is out there, so please do come forward! We LOVE her for the crazy loving girl that she is and we know you will too!

Why I'm special

So Biki is a dinky BC, sweet in nature is an understatement, she has the most affectionate side to her, however Biki is also bananas! BUT this makes Biki unique… she LOVES footballs and tennis balls with a passion! She is high energy and can pull so we use a harness which works really well. She is very obedient, knows various commands and simply wants to please! She does have a really soft side, at night she loves to cuddle up on the sofa and sleep in her bed soundly-she would not suit being confined. She will need an experienced rescue dog owner BC’s or someone with good knowledge due to her obvious BC traits. Mixed reactions to dogs-quite reactive when on lead but off lead she is much better, however she does not want to socialise and gets very anxious in busy places. She does seem to be highly stimulated by sounds including the TV and does react but has improved. She is hyper alert, anxious and reactive for this reason Biki would need a quiet child and pet free home in a quiet rural setting, definitely not a built up area or having to walk on roads or popular dog walking areas-she doesn't show any of these traits when she's away from it all, she's a much happier girl!

My personality

  • I know how to sit (and lots of other commands too!)
  • I'd prefer an adult only household
  • I can be left alone for short periods
  • I'd prefer to be the only dog in a home
  • I'd prefer to be the only animal in a home
  • I'm always on the go
  • I love toys and games

Help feed animals in our care

Dog eating out of a dog bowl © RSPCA

It costs on average £8.52 to feed a single animal in our care for just one week!

We rehome thousands of animals every year. Whilst some are lucky enough to find a new home in just a few weeks, many more stay with us for months until we're able to find them their perfect family.

Will you help us cover the costs of feeding dogs, cats, horses, rabbits and more with a donation today?

*The funds collected will be used wherever the need is greatest.
