Mark Wright

Mark's background is in the Finance sector, specialising in the Executive Leadership of large operational teams across a 30-year career. In that time Mark was the Head of a Global operations division for a complex Financial Services organisation through a period of financial crisis and regulatory reform. As part of a heavily regulated industry, implementing an effective risk and governance framework was a significant focus in this role. 

Mark has been volunteering with the RSPCA since 2018 and in that time has gained a wide range of Animal Welfare experience. Mark has been a Trustee for the London East Branch of the RSPCA since 2019 and held the position of Chairman. Mark's role as Branch Trustee was to ensure the effective running of the Charity to enable Animal Welfare support focused on the rescue, rehabilitation, and rehoming of Animals in need. In that time, Mark also held the position of Chairman of the RSPCA Regional Board for London for three years.
