Hop prize draw terms and conditions
1. No purchase is necessary
2. Prize draw closes at 23.59 on 1 December 2011. Entries received after the closing time will not be entered into the free prize draw.
3. The first three entries drawn at random from all entries who have answered the question correctly (sent to winhop@rspca.org.uk) will win a Hop DVD and a pair of bunny ears. The draw will take place under the supervision of an independent observer.
4. The draw will take place on 2 December 2011.
5. Submitted email addresses will not be shared with a third party and adhere to RSPCA's privacy policy.
6. The winner will be contacted by email within three weeks after the close of the prize draw. Reasonable efforts will be made to contact a winner. Failure to respond within seven days and/or provide an address for delivery may result in forfeiture of the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, RSPCA reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
7. If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable RSPCA reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. None of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered.
8. The RSPCA does not accept any responsibility for entries delayed or lost for any reason. The date and time of receipt by RSPCA will be taken as conclusive date of entry and proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Failure of any entry to be delivered by the closing date above or in the manner specified, will make the entry invalid.
9. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to the free prize draw.
10. The RSPCA reserves the right at its discretion to cancel or vary the free prize draw at any stage if circumstances arise outside of the RSPCA’s control that render the free prize draw impossible to run or to run in the manner described above.
11. Only one prize will be awarded per person.
12. Entry restricted to UK residents only. Entrants under the age of 16 must seek permission of parent/guardian to enter the prize draw. If the entrant is under 16 it will be taken that his or her parents or guardians accept these rules.
13. The prize draw is not open to employees of the RSPCA or RSPCA Branches, or any other company employee’s associated with the prize draw.
14. The winner agrees to the RSPCA publishing their first name and place of residence on the website and Facebook community following the free prize draw.
15. Please allow 14 days for delivery of all prizes.
16. By entering the free prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules.
17. These terms and conditions are subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
