Reception Supervisor, Maternity Cover up to 12 months
Location:  RSPCA Lockwood, Near Godalming, Surrey
Salary:  £15,546 to £16,263 + 10% shift allowance

The RSPCA is the largest animal welfare charity in England and Wales. Our purpose as the RSPCA is to end cruelty and promote kindness to animals and to alleviate their suffering.
The Role:
 We are looking for a highly self motivated and dedicated equine professional to join our team at RSPCA Lockwood as a Reception Supervisor.
This role will act as primary interface between the general public and the Equine Centre, ensuring the RSPCA is portrayed as a professional, caring and informative about equine care.
This role will be responsible for ensuring that acceptance, adoption and post adoption procedures are conducted correctly, thoroughly and professionally.
The ideal candidate will be highly dedicated to equine welfare and some experience of re-homing rescued animals would be advantageous.
The role will work a 4 week rota covering bank holidays and weekends, to an average of 35 hours per week.

You will need:
Proven experience in an equine care environment and a Level 2 equine qualification. You will have excellent communication and administration skills and significant experience of dealing with the public and working in an administrative environment.
