Salary:£22,338 - £23,599

Hours: Full time 35 hours

The RSPCA is the largest animal welfare charity in England and Wales. Our purpose as the RSPCA is to end cruelty and promote kindness to animals and to alleviate their suffering.

The main responsibilities of the post include:

As the day-to-day connection between the Digital Media and Income Generation teams, the Assistant Digital Project Manager - Fundraising will support the planning and delivery of digital work across our website, email and social media channels.

With full responsibility for delivering smaller Digital Fundraising projects and business as usual digital work, with particular emphasis on coordinating workflow between the design, content, marketing, technical teams and third parties, the Assistant Digital Project Manager - Fundraising will ensure all project tasks are effectively assigned, delivered, reviewed and approved, and that deadlines are met.

Responsibilities include capturing requirements, resourcing and planning, account and relationship management and supporting the Digital Media team in delivering activity.

The successful applicant should have:

Experience of briefing, project managing, and status reporting on marketing and / or fundraising projects

Experience of working with multidisciplinary in-house teams and external agencies to deliver digital activity

Evidence of building strong working relationships across teams and the ability to manage through persuasion.

Education to degree level or equivalent

The successful applicant should ideally have:

PRINCE2 Foundation qualification or Association for Project Management Project Fundamentals qualification.

Understanding of project management software such as MS Project
