Animal Care Assistants 12 Month FTC

Location: Blackberry Farm, Aylesbury, Bucks

Salary: £13,958 - £14,589 per annum + 10 % shift premium

Hours: 35 per week

The RSPCA is the largest animal welfare charity in England and Wales. Our purpose as the RSPCA is to end cruelty and promote kindness to animals and to alleviate their suffering.

We are looking an Animal Care Assistant to join the team at Blackberry Farm Animal Centre.

The main responsibilities of the post include:

• Providing day to day care of a range of domestic animals
• Establishing good customer relations
• Maintaining administration procedures

The successful applicant should have:

• Some experience of working with domestic animals
• Experience of working with general public
• Good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team
• Living within the vicinity of the Centre would be advantageous
