Using pet search
Did you know that, as a Branch, you can publish your animals via pet search on the main RSPCA website?
The rehoming pages on the RSPCA website get tens of thousands of hits per day from people looking to provide a home for an RSPCA animal so you could find a suitable home for an animal more quickly.
Follow these simple steps
Step 1:
Take a digital photograph of the animal you would like to publish, following our photograph advice sheet (pdf 16KB).
Step 2:
Fill out the add an animal to pet search (doc 220KB) form. This includes a short description of the animal that will help potential adopters can choose a pet that is suitable, following our animal description advice sheet (pdf 44KB) will help with this.
Step 3:
Email the photograph and description form (saved as a Word document) to your local Regional Headquarters(RHQ):
North: northregion@rspca.org.uk
Wales & West: websiteanimals@rspca.org.uk
East: r4rhq@rspca.org.uk
South & South West: sswwebsiteanimals@rspca.org.uk
South East: southeast@rspca.org.uk
Step 4:
Let us know when the animal has been reserved pending a home visit by completing and emailing the temporary removal form (doc 205KB) to the RHQ.
Step 5:
Let us know if a home has been found by completing and emailing the
permanent removal form (205KB) to the RHQ.
OR
