Join us on our Family Fun Day!

For children, build your own bug hotel for the garden using a ceramic plant pot (provided) and everything needed to attract bugs! This activity is £2.00 each.

For the adults a range of homemade cakes and biscuits for sale.

Bring your dog along for a day out and join our sponsored walk to celebrate the RSPCA's 200th Anniversary! 

Join us for a lovely circular walk along the River Kent to Natland and back (3.7miles approx). Starting and finishing at our hall in Kendal.

All welcome with or without a dog, families, couples or individuals.

Register for our walk and receive your free doggy bandana & sponsor form.

Dress code "BLUE"

Registration fee:

• £10 - per dog or individual if no dog.
• Free - Children

Then after the walk you can enjoy some well earned food, cake, entertainment, and fun for all Including your dog. Raffle, tombola, lucky dip, outdoor games, kids pony cycle race, face painting, indoor inflatables, drawing/craft table, doggy lucky dip, have a go agility, and temptation ally. Music from the Bryce Street Ukulele Band. Create a drawing masterpiece of your pet or favourite animal, rummage in the Lucky Dip, guess the teddy’s name and enjoy the 50% off clothing sale (you can even bring along your donations to support the shop). You can also learn about volunteering at our branch and hear about the animals in our care looking for a loving home!
