Our Branch relies on our valued volunteers to donate their time at the Animal Centre in Brent Knoll, to help with fundraising events and helping in our 5 shops that are based in Clevedon, Weston-super-Mare, Winscombe, Worle and Yatton.  Without volunteers, we would be unable to raise the funds that we need to keep the Animal Centre open and to continue our vital work in looking after the animals in our care. 

We are looking for members of the North Somerset Community to join our dedicated team of volunteers and there is no such thing as a ‘typical volunteer’, we welcome people from all walks of life and benefit greatly from drawing on their skills and life experiences. Whether you want to volunteer your time on a regular basis or just help for the day - we have all kinds of great volunteering opportunities available.

• Home Visitor

• Duke of Edinburgh Student (accompanied by parent or legal guardian)
• Grounds & maintenance
• Branch Charity shop assistant

• Animal Care Student work experience placement (via College only)
• Fundraising Events Assistant
• Become a member of our Friends Fundraising group
