Bryn-y-Maen Animal Centre

How you can help us

How you can help us image

It costs the RSPCA over £1,300 a day to run Bryn-y-Maen Animal Centre. We rely entirely on kind donations from people like you.

Many animals that come into our care are in very bad condition and rehabilitating and caring for them costs a lot of money.  We couldn’t do it without your generous support and if you would like to fund our work, please consider donating or read about other ways you can help us:

Donating goods on our Amazon wish list

We need many items to help us care for and rehabilitate our animals and we've created an Amazon wish list so people can see what's needed if they'd like to donate something to the centre. From cat food to training aids, these are all items that will improve the lives of our animals while they are with us waiting to find them new homes. If there's anything on our list that you could consider buying they would be very grateful!

Raising funds for Bryn-y-Maen

They are many ways to raise funds so why not sign up for a sky dive, cycling challenge or marathon? Find out more on our fundraising pages.

Shopping at Bryn-y-Maen

Open 11am-4pm every day except Wednesdays, our shop is located at the centre and is run by our dedicated Friends of Bryn-y-Maen volunteer group. It sells everything that people will need when they adopt an animal from us and plenty for people who already have a furry friend in their care.

We have very competitive prices and take card payments. As we work closely with many suppliers we can also order supplies on request.

The shop provides a valuable source of income for our centre, so please pop by and have a look around.

Recycling

We can also turn your empty inkjet into cash, so please bring them along to us. If you can't bring them in, you can still donate them through the post - read more on the Recycling Factory's website.
