Interested in Volunteering for the RSPCA?

We rely entirely on volunteers and couldn’t help animals in our local area without the wonderful people who give their time to run and support our centre.

Our volunteers can work directly with the animals or by assisting with vital fundraising work and events here at the centre and around the region.

If we haven't any specific volunteer vacancies in the list below, please check back again at a later date or get in touch as we are always looking for more people to help.

Have a look at the volunteer pages if you would like to find out more about volunteering for the RSPCA.

Be an Ambassador for the RSPCA

Spreading the message of the importance of animal welfare and the work done by the RSPCA is a vital way of improving people's attitudes and behaviours towards animals everywhere and is another way to support the RSPCA.

If you are enthusiastic about the aims and work of the RSPCA and want to make a difference then becoming a volunteer ambassador is for you!
We will provide you with a half-day's training which will equip you to give presentations and talks to schools and organisations.

For more information please get in touch by emailing bhamfundraising@rspca.org.uk

Local Fundraising Group

It costs around £2 million to run our centre each year.  If you’d like to get involved with fundraising, why not consider joining our group.

Alternatively you could organise your own fundraising event or take on your own personal challenge.

For more information on our fundraising groups, or to request a fundraising pack, email bhamfundraising@rspca.org.uk or call 07715 540518.
