Fosterer for Rabbits
To provide time and a temporary home for rabbits who are in need of foster care whilst they are waiting to be rehomed.
Location
Bury St Edmunds area. IP31, IP32, IP33
Key activities
Taking in and looking after a few rescue rabbits at your home in accordance with the RSPCA guidelines.
Provide care, food, water, appropriate housing and environment until a new home can be found.
Ensure the rabbits health is checked at all times.
Support provided by the Re-Homing Co-Ordinator of the branch
Times & preferred duration of commitment
Flexible.
Dependent on animals in care. 3 months minimum.
Experience / skills / knowledge / personal qualities required
Good knowledge of rabbits and their requirements.
Caring and kind, Good communicator. Have suitable space, accommodation and garden to house the rabbits.
