Campaigns Co-ordinator

To co-ordinate the campaigns activity within the branch.

Key activities

To liaise with the National Society Campaigns Department on all branch and national campaigns.

To ensure the branch has sufficient supply of materials for all branch and national campaigns and to ensure that all material is up-to-date.

To develop a time-line of branch led campaigns and to link where appropriate with the National Society timetable of campaign events, liaising as necessary with the Campaigns Department.

To develop and maintain links with other campaign co-ordinators in the area/region in order to share ideas and resources.

To lobby proactively and/or to co-ordinate volunteers to lobby on branch and national led campaigns, utilising the media, leaflets, local events and poster campaigns etc.

To be actively involved in annual promotions and drives, such as fireworks campaign by distributing leaflets, putting up posters and holding local talks etc.

Times & preferred duration of commitment

Hours to suit.

Experience / skills / knowledge / personal qualities required

No previous experience necessary. Good communication and organisational skills.

Training provided

Training will be provided by the branch.
