Rabbit and small animal fosterer
A volunteer is required to foster rabbits or guinea pigs at their own home.
Location
Bridlington and Driffield and surrounding area
Key activities
Looking after rabbits and guinea pigs on a daily basis at the volunteers own home. Taking animals to the vets for vaccinations and neutering, or for other attention if needed. Assisting in the rehoming of the animal.

Experience / skills / knowledge / personal qualities required
Experience of looking after rabbits or guinea pigs. Ability to communicate with the coordinator regarding the progress of the animal and to report any concerns or problems. Committment to foster the animal possibly on a long term as rehoming can be slow.
Expenses
Expenses will be paid to cover the costs of food and hay and mileage for trips to the vets etc.
