Key activities
Collecting money in a sealed tin at supermarket and street collections which are organised by the Branch fundraising co-ordinator.
Times & preferred duration of commitment
Flexible
Collections are scheduled throughout the year, although most are on a Friday or Saturday. A full list of scheduled dates and locations is available from the Branch.
On any day give the amount of time you have available. Ideally a minimum commitment of 2 hours.
Experience / skills / knowledge / personal qualities required
Commitment and reliability. No experience is necessary but you will need to enjoy meeting members of the public.
Training provided
The fundraising co-ordinator will provide information re: the branch and the collections.
Expenses
Some expenses can be paid.
