Key activities

Looking after cats and kittens and ensuring that cats attend vet appointments.
Dealing with people who wish to rehome a cat from Goole branch.
Ensuring that fostering paperwork is completed.

Times & preferred duration of commitment

Any day, depending on how many animals you chose to take on.
An RSPCA pen will be placed in your garden, therefore the branch are asking for a long term commitment of a minimum of one year.

Experience / skills / knowledge / personal qualities required

Previous experience of looking after cats and/or kittens. You will need your own transport in case of emergencies or transporting animals to and from vets.

Training provided

Ongoing support and advice will be given by the existing members of the cat fostering team, many of whom have years of experience.

Expenses

Petrol expenses which must be submitted quarterly. The branch will also pay for any costs associated with the animals in your care eg. food and veterinary expenses.
