Hi my name is Ria. I am a Doberman cross Rottweiler who was sadly returned to West Hatch recently through no fault of my own. I am a bit of a worrier but quickly come out of myself once I know you. I am looking for a home with someone experienced in guard breeds who can give me the loving new home I deserve. I was originally from a multi dog household and I am quite playful with other dogs. I would be happy to live with a friendly male dog but not cats. I have a tendency to bond quite strongly with my owners and am likely to get quite protective of them but this typical of my breed. I could live with sensible teenage children that will be calm around me. I am generally housetrained but I do get a bit sick in the car on long journeys. I would enjoy the company of someone being round most of the day. In my previous home I used to get a bit upset when I am left on my own, so my new owners should try gradually getting me comfortable with being left on my own for short periods. Please contact the centre to find out more about me. With stability and a bit of time I will make someone a loyal companion.
