Hugo is a gorgeous 4 year old lurcher who found himself in RSPCA care along with his friend Gina as they were both very underweight with a large flea burden. Hugo has since recovered from his ordeal and is now ready to find a new home. Hugo is a very loving dog, he enjoys cuddles from people and being groomed. He has recieved some training and knows how to sit and come when he is called, he also walks very well on his lead. Hugo was anxious around some other dogs when he first arrived but the staff here have worked very hard on his socialisation and he now enjoys a play with his friends here at the centre. He is looking for new owners who are willing and able to continue his training with full support from the centre. Due to his history Hugo would prefer to be the only dog in the home, he can be a little excitable at times and so would be best suited to a home with older children who are used to dogs. Hugo would like to live in a home without cats. Hugo is a very special boy who has not had a very good start in life and will make a fantastic, loving addition to the right family. If you can offer Hugo a new home then please contact the centre or pop in and meet him.
