Felledge Animal Centre
Adoption
We aim to place every animal that walks through our door into responsible and caring homes.
Caring for such a variety of animals requires lots of knowledge and patience. The majority of animals that are adopted from our care come from cruelty cases.
Nevertheless, despite their horrible histories, many animals will go on to make a full mental and physical recovery due to both the hard work of our staff and their new owners carrying on with their training programs.
Tammy and her puppies
Tammy and her nine lurcher puppies were brought into our care by an RSPCA inspector who was extremely concerned about their poor living conditions and their weight.
Tammy and her puppies thrived in our care and all achieved a healthy weight and were matched with loving new owners who have followed on with the training programs which our centre staff implemented.
Viewing animals online
To view some of the animals in our care, please visit our online Pet Search facility on the top right corner of the page.
Our Centre is always full, but sometimes there may only be a few animals available for adoption. This is because the other animals are still subject to criminal prosecution and waiting for their cases to be heard in court, or undergoing rehabilitation.
Please visit our online Pet Search facility on a regular basis for animals seeking new homes.
Fostering
We are also seeking foster carers to provide temporary accommodation for our cruelty case dogs. If you would like more information about this scheme please read our
