The RSPCA Hospital at Newbrook Farm provides a 24-hour emergency veterinary service for eligible registered clients.

 

Opening times

The hospital is open Monday to Friday 8.15am -11.30am and 1.00pm – 3.30pm.

 

All patients must have an appointment which can be booked in advance by calling 0300 123 8585. At all other times emergency services only.

Who we see

The RSPCA is a registered charity and provides a reduced cost veterinary service for clients who are able to fulfil the following criteria.
 

Live within the defined catchment area (within one of the following postal codes).B1-B48, B60-B76, B90-B95, WS10, DY1-DY9. 


The householder/rent payer of the property.


Be in receipt of one of a defined list of means tested benefits.

  • Income support
  • Income based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Income Related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Pension Credit


Clients requiring veterinary services from the RSPCA at Newbrook Farm will need to provide the required documents relating to one of the above eligible means tested benefits on every occasion they visit the hospital.


Clients will only be able to bring up to three animals. Animals must be neutered and microchipped (where applicable).
