Steve Carter is the national director for Wales.

He leads and directs the Society’s activities within Wales to ensure that all hands-on, operational animal welfare services are delivered within the objectives set by Council including acting as the Society spokesperson for Wales and representing the Society in Welsh Government.

Steve has worked for the RSPCA for 4 years. Prior to joining the RSPCA, he worked for 19 years in the Royal Air Force Regiment serving in several operational theatres.
