Sally De La Bedoyere

Sally De La Bedoyere, Director of income generation © RSPCA

Sally joined the RSPCA in a newly created role as Director of Income Generation in June 2010.

Formerly CEO of RAJAR and prior to that, Managing Director of the Evening Standard, Sally brings a wealth of experience from the commercial and not-for-profit sectors having spent the last twelve years at CEO and board level, and the previous 12 years as a specialist in media, marketing, advertising and consumer insight.

Commercially, Sally has extensive experience in developing and identifying opportunities for income and organisational growth and is enjoying the chance to use her experience to build and develop sustainable funding for the benefit of the thousands of animals who come into the care of the RSPCA.

Her responsibilities include working with the RSPCA branch network and national society to increase support for: direct fundraising, legacies, major donors and trusts, retail and trading activities, corporate engagement and events. Since joining the RSPCA, Sally has been overwhelmed by the generosity of individuals and companies who regularly support the work of the RSPCA to prevent cruelty and promote kindness to animals. She is also acutely aware of the challenges we face from both rising costs of animal welfare and the increasing numbers of animals in distress driving the need to ensure sufficient financial support for the continuation of our work.
