How you can leave money to the RSPCA

There are a number of ways you can leave a gift to the RSPCA:

  • Residuary legacy
A residuary legacy is a gift (or share) of the remainder of your estate after payment of expenses, debts and other legacies.
  • Pecuniary legacy
A gift of a fixed sum of money.
  • Specific legacy
The gift of a specific item (e.g. a painting, car, house, jewellery, etc.)

RSPCA Branches

The RSPCA has a network of branches throughout England and Wales which support the work of the charity through rehoming, microchipping, neutering and welfare assistance for those on low incomes.  Each RSPCA branch is a separately registered charity.  If you wish to benefit the work of your local branch by means of your will please contact Jenny Franzmann on 0300 123 0175 for the branch details you will need to include in your will.
