RSPCA acting as Executor

When making a will it is important to consider who you may wish to appoint as your Executor.  The Executor has the responsibility of managing your affairs on death in accordance with the provisions of the will and the law.

The RSPCA headquarters has what is known as Trust Corporation status meaning that the charity can be appointed to act as your Executor.
