RSPCA Big Sunday Lunch Weekly Competition Rules
1. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these competition rules.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entrants are required to email their entry to bigsundaylunch@rspca.org.uk
4. The closing date for entries to all weekly competitions is Sunday 27th November 2011 at 12 midnight Greenwich Mean Time.
5. No entries will be accepted after the closing date and no responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or damaged.
6. Only one entry per person per competition will be accepted however one person may enter all competitions.
7. The competition is not open to employees of the RSPCA or their families.
8. Winners automatically accept that the RSPCA will be using their email address to organize the sending of their prize via email.
9. The prizes we are giving away are detailed and updated in the competition page. Winners will be selected by an RSPCA staff panel consisting of one or more full time RSPCA staff members who will base their decisions on what they deem to be the most genuine, caring and compassionate or entertaining entries.
10. The criteria for judging the merit of valid entries shall be at the sole discretion of the RSPCA.
11. If an entry chosen to be a prize-winner does not include valid contact details or the prize-winner does not respond within 5 working days of being contacted by the RSPCA or the prize-winner rejects the prize, the RSPCA will draw a replacement prize-winner.
12. Prize-winners will be notified by email within 5 working days of the close of the competition. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. The RSPCA reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
13. In the event of any dispute relating to the competition, the decision of the RSPCA is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
14. Entries shall not be returned to entrants or prize-winners and the RSPCA reserves the right to use entries for promotional purposes.
15. Prize-winners may be asked to take part in promotional activity and, subject to the consent of the prize-winners, the RSPCA reserves the right to use the names and general location of prize-winners and the winning entries in any publicity that the RSPCA deems appropriate.
16. Entrants’ personal data will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the individual’s prior consent.
17. These competition rules will be governed by English law.
