RSPCA Week - why we need your support

Kassy was only four months old when she came into an RSPCA animal centre with a broken leg and burns across her back.

RSPCA staff cared for the Westie puppy for several months while her injuries healed.

During this time we mounted a legal case against those responsible for her injuries – we were determined they wouldn’t cause any more animals to suffer.

The case took a year to complete and we successfully convicted two people who both received a five-year ban from keeping dogs.
