Fundraising Ideas for every month
Why not organise and take part in your own fundraising event at work, school, college or even amongst friends? Get your copy of our RSPCA fundraising pack - it contains everything you need to make your event a success, including a template poster, sponsor form, paying in form and a form to order extra fundraising materials, such as invitation cards, t-shirts and a donation box.

January:
New Year Fundraising
- New Year resolution’s fundraising & sponsorship for example: Stop smoking, lose weight, join a gym, take part in one of our overseas challenges
February:
Valentine’s Day (14th)
- Heart shaped cookie sale
- Make & sell valentine’s cards
- Guess the number of love hearts in the jar
Shrove Tuesday
- Pancake competition – flip the pancakes
March:
Mother’s Day
- Design and Sell Mother’s day cards
- Beauty hamper raffle at school or work
St. Patricks Day
- Fancy dress as a Leprechaun at work or school
- Wear green for the day
British Pie Week (date to be announced)
- Bake a savoury or sweet pie sale at work/school/local community
April:
Easter
- Easter egg hunts for families in local community. Bones hidden for dogs
- Easter festival - Egg and spoon race, guess the name of the bunny, fancy dress
- Give something up for Lent & be sponsored

RSPCA Week (29th April – 5th May 2013)
Enter the London Marathon Ballot or if you have your own place in the London Marathon, join the RSPCA team and help raise valuable funds for the RSPCA.
Enter the Great North Run
Take part in one of the biggest runs in the North and raise valuable funds for the RSPCA.

- Eurovision party
- Eurovision sweep stake
National Family Week (27th – 2nd June)
- Family & pets BBQ
- Sports day event held at the BBQ, face painting & fancy dress

National BBQ Week (28th May – 3rd June)
- Tie in with family week and hold joint fundraisers. Family friendly events at the Freedom Food BBQ.
Father’s Day (16th June)
- Design and Sell Fathers Day cards
London Marathon Golden Bond places open
Register your interest one of our Golden Bond places in the London Marathon for your chance to take part in one of the greatest marathons of the year and raise valuable funds for the RSPCA.
July:
Wimbledon
- Wimbledon sweep stake
- Tennis tournament
- Strawberries & Cream sale
Enter the Great South Run
Enter one of the greatest runs in the south of England and raise much needed funds for the RSPCA.
August:
Take part in a skydive for the RSPCA
Jump for FREE by raising sponsorship to take part in a skydive.

Halloween

National Baking Week

National World Food Day (16th)
- Cook off of different foods from around the world using Freedom Food

Bonfire Night
- Design your own guy Fawkes by only using materials from one of our RSPCA shops. Pay a £1 to enter and a prize for the best design.
December:
Christmas
- Christmas concert at school or local community hall
- Carol singing
- Design your own Christmas cards and sell them
- Wear a Santa hat to work and pay a £1
- Mulled wine sale
- Christmas hamper raffle
